Agreement to Terms & Scope of Service

Welcome to OrganiMind. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "you") and OrganiMind ("OrganiMind", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our website (organimind.com), downloading or using our software applications (including NoteBean), acquiring our digital systems and Notion templates (such as Finance OS, Focus OS, Reading Shelf), or submitting a Custom Template request, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you must immediately cease accessing our website and refrain from using our software and digital products.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership

All content, software code, UI designs, brand logos, typography, template structures, database schematics, copy, graphics, and interactive elements across OrganiMind services are the exclusive intellectual property of OrganiMind and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
1. Digital Product & Template Originality
Our digital products—including NoteBean code, Notion workspace layouts, formula blocks, and design abstractions—are proprietary creations. Purchasing or downloading an OrganiMind product grants you a conditional license, not ownership of the underlying IP.
2. Trademark Restrictions
"OrganiMind", "NoteBean", "Focus OS", "Finance OS", and associated logotypes are trademarks of OrganiMind. You may not use our brand assets, domain names, or trade dress without prior written authorization.
Digital Product Licensing & Usage Rules

When you purchase or acquire a digital template or product from OrganiMind, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide single-user license subject to the following rules:
- Personal, everyday organizational use across your personal devices.
- Duplicating Notion templates into your personal Notion workspace.
- Customizing database views, colors, and content for personal productivity.
- Single-business internal team usage when a team license is acquired.
- Reselling, sub-licensing, or renting our templates or code to third parties.
- Publicly sharing duplication links on forums, social media, or file hosts.
- Uploading OrganiMind templates to public Notion template marketplaces.
- Claiming authorship or original ownership of OrganiMind designs.
NoteBean App & Local Data Responsibilities

NoteBean is provided as a local-first software application designed to keep your notes and thoughts organized directly on your device.
- Local Storage & Backup Responsibility: Because NoteBean stores data locally in your browser storage or local device memory, you are solely responsible for creating periodic backups of your notes and exporting important data.
- Data Loss Disclaimer: OrganiMind is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser caches, hardware failure, operating system corruption, or third-party extension conflicts.
- Software Updates: We continuously improve NoteBean. We reserve the right to modify features, update interfaces, or refactor software routines to enhance stability and performance.
Custom Template Services & Project Scope

OrganiMind offers bespoke Notion template engineering through our Custom Template request service:
1. Requirements & Proposal Scope
Custom projects are built according to the functional requirements submitted via our custom request form and mutually confirmed project scope documents.
2. Deliverables & Client License
Upon full payment and final project handoff, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the custom workspace for your personal or internal company workflow.
3. Revisions & Support Window
Each custom template package includes a designated 14-day revision and onboarding support window to resolve structural tweaks or formula adjustments.
Purchases, Pricing & Digital Goods Refund Policy

All prices for digital templates, software subscriptions, or custom design services are listed in USD (or local currency equivalents during checkout) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital nature of downloadable assets and instant Notion template duplication links, all sales are generally final once access links are delivered.
Prohibited Uses & User Obligations

When using OrganiMind websites or software, you agree that you will NOT:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from NoteBean or our web assets.
- Use automated bots, web scrapers, or scripts to harvest template assets or user data.
- Engage in conduct that degrades, overburdens, or impairs server performance or security.
- Falsify identity, impersonate OrganiMind representatives, or engage in fraudulent transaction activity.
- Utilize our software or digital templates for unlawful, infringing, or illegal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranty ("AS IS" Provision)
ORGANIMIND SERVICES, NOTEBEAN APPLICATIONS, AND DIGITAL TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORGANIMIND, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, ORGANIMIND'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ORGANIMIND IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law, Updates & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
