OrganiMind ("we", "our", or "us") operates as an independent digital product studio creating thoughtfully designed software applications (such as NoteBean), productivity systems, and digital templates.
We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our products are engineered from the ground up to minimize data collection, prioritize local-first architecture, and ensure that you retain total ownership of your personal thoughts, notes, and workflows.
We will never scan, read, sell, or analyze your private notes, workspace entries, or personal templates for advertising purposes. Your productivity data is exclusively yours.
Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with OrganiMind services, we collect limited categories of information:
1. Account & Contact Information
When you purchase a digital template, request a custom template, or submit a support ticket, we collect your name, email address, and transaction details necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer care.
2. Application & Local Workspace Data (NoteBean)
NoteBean is designed on a local-first architecture. Notes, task lists, and organization structures created inside NoteBean are stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB / Web Storage) or local file system. They are not uploaded to central OrganiMind servers unless you explicitly activate opt-in cloud synchronization services.
3. Custom Template Request Submissions
When you use our Custom Template builder, we collect your specified category (e.g. Personal Life, Work, Finance), workflow descriptions, preferred layout options, and contact details to draft your bespoke Notion system.
4. Automated Technical & Performance Telemetry
Our web servers automatically record anonymized server logs, including your IP address, browser type, operating system version, referring URLs, and error diagnostics to maintain system security and optimize load performance.
How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly for legitimate product delivery and support purposes:
- Order Fulfillment: Delivering access links, licenses, and downloadable assets for purchased Notion templates (Finance OS, Focus OS, Reading Shelf, etc.).
